WM LOAD RAMP LIGHT
WM LOAD RAMP LIGHT
The WM LIGHT loading ramp is the most versatile model in the WM range. This ramp is made entirely of anodized aluminum and is specially designed for light loads of up to 400 kg. Customers can select ramp width and length to create a custom product to fit their specific commercial vehicle. The WM LIGHT model is easy to install (2 hours) and can be easily removed from the vehicle, leaving the van's cargo space completely free. The ramp weighs from 34 to 75 kg, depending on the desired size. The gas spring system balances the weight of the ramp and makes it ultra-light so it can be easily handled during deployment and closure, allowing anyone to handle it safely and effortlessly. The WM LIGHT ramp can also be used in landing mode to connect two surfaces placed at different heights, e.g. between vehicles and steps, bridges, etc. The ramp becomes suitable for gangway type configuration thanks to a pin used to lock the hinge. A key feature of this model is the movable connector hatch that connects perfectly to the floor of the van to ensure a smooth transition between ramp and vehicle. Conversely, the contact flap at the ground end of the ramp is straight and fixed. This contact flap is suitable for all types of equipment, especially with low ground clearance and small wheels. On request, the ramp can be fitted with a curved and movable rear contact flap, which is recommended for gangway type use.

Ramp constructed entirely in anodized aluminum. The ramp is fully customizable: customers can choose the width and length to create a customized product that fits the specific commercial vehicle they intend to use. The loading platform has a non-slip aluminum surface to prevent equipment wheels from skidding in the presence of ice or snow. The loading ramp WM LIGHT PLUS has an external turning function: the folding opening system allows it to open like a second door, giving access to the cargo area without using the ramp. A swivel kit can be supplied on request so that the ramp can be swung towards the interior of the van. In this case, there is a special latch, to which the ramp is attached inside the van. This ramp has 6 cm high safety edges. The ramp is equipped with two contact flaps. The first movable contact flap connects perfectly to the floor of the van, ensuring a perfectly smooth transition between ramp and vehicle. The other flap – which connects the ramp to the ground – is straight and fixed. This ramp is suitable for all types of equipment, especially equipment with low ground clearance and small wheels.

The PC series is the most complete and functional range of WM System loading ramps. Suitable for all load types and weights, PC ramps are extremely practical thanks to the swivel extension system that allows access to the vehicle without using the ramp, leaving the cargo area and the van door completely free. The movable contact flap connects perfectly to the floor of the van to ensure a smooth transition between ramp and vehicle. The ramp is equipped with self-positioning feet and a set of wheels on the right side to make extension and closing even easier. The loading platform has a non-slip aluminum surface to prevent equipment wheels from skidding in the presence of ice or snow. An extension kit (optional accessory in two versions) can be fitted to reduce the ramp angle and thereby facilitate loading and unloading. The kit is also invaluable for loading or unloading vans with low or medium roofs.

Made entirely of anti-slip aluminum, this ramp requires no installation work due to its rest-type design. The special resting system is adjustable and has 4 alternative positions for perfect adaptation to different vehicle heights. This exclusive system makes the ramp extremely safe to use and allows it to be placed inside the cargo area of the van. The dimensions of the WM MOBILE ramp are customizable, with widths from 30 to 100 cm and lengths from 150 to 325 cm The load capacity is 300 kg. The ramp is equipped with 5 mm high green safety edges. When not in use, the ramp folds in two so it can easily be stowed in the van. Thanks to the 2 side handles and the light structure, this ramp is exceptionally easy to transport. The parallel rigid handles are ideally positioned for handling the ramp. The 4 side wheels make it easy to move the ramp. The lever attachment on one side allows the ramp to be securely locked.

Model ME can be identified by its green color frame. Suitable for heavy loads thanks to its robust structure, this ramp offers a capacity of up to 1800 kg. The ramp is dimensioned to order, allowing customers to select width, length and capacity to create a bespoke product designed for the specific commercial vehicle they intend to use. A key feature of this model is the movable contact flap that connects perfectly to the floor of the van to ensure a smooth transition between ramp and vehicle. Like all products in the WM range, the ME loading ramp comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase and does not require type approval testing as it is classified as mobile equipment.
